SOURCE: Bolt torque specs for flywheel, pressure plate,

1.Flywheel - 61 to 69 Foot Pounds
2.Pressure Plate - 25 to 33 Foot Pounds
3.Bell Housing - No specs found. I would say 25 to 35 foot pounds should be sufficient.

Bolts clean on ->flywheel to crank, ->pressure plate to flywheel, and ->bell housing to back of engine, I would use TWO drops of Loctite Red threadlocker, on ALL of these bolts.

Hope you have an alignment tool for your clutch disk when you install it. Auto parts stores sell the plastic one's cheap! Saves a LOT of headaches!

Tighten the pressure plate EVENLY! Snug the bolts down until they just TOUCH, then go in a criss-cross pattern when tightening. Do the tightening in incremental stages! You turn one bolt one thread, you go across to the opposite side, and turn that bolt one thread. Keep criss-crossing so the pressure plate goes down EVENLY. (YES, it's a pain in the keister!)

If NOT, you'll have a warped pressure plate, and it will be junk!
Thanks for letting me say that, I feel better.

1997 Ford Super Duty 7.5 manual gearbox dually. I need torque specs for flywheel to crank torque specs, pressure plate, bell housing specs please?

For that many parts you need a repair manual. For single torque specs you can sometimes find them via Google using 'year make model (the part) torque spec'.

95 Tahoe 5.7l flywwheel to crank torque specs

All needed torque specs should be in your shop manual. Don't have one? Probably should buy one--they are cheap and have tons of good information. FWIW, this spec will be different on manual vs. automatic flywheel and is crucial to get right.

I have a 91 mercury capri xr2 5 speed and suddenly ive noticed that the clutch is not engaging synchronically as it usually does, ill let off the clutch pedal and the rpm's will shoot up way faste

It sounds like you have a worn out clutch. You need to remove the transmission and replace the clutch assembly and have the flywheel machined. Since this is a very expensive repair have a shop confirm my guess.

1991 mercury capri turbo xr2: are engine rebuild parts available, e.g., new pistons, rods, cranks, etc..

Your car looks like a Ford Capri engineered in Australia from a Mazda 323. These are quite common in New Zealand and Australia . Unfortunately they came out at the same time as the MX5 and didn't sell well.
Do a search on Google images for Ford Capri to see if they are the same. If they are parts are readily available ex Mazda
