Don’t get fiesty, May not be your fix, but have you reset the computer, then wait a minute with ignition on before attempting to start.
It looks like your ECM is not compatible with your new engine (at least the throttle control module/sensors on the motor).
So do you think i need a new throttle body or do i need a new ecm the motor came from an envoy it was a 4.2l also i had to put a deletion plate because my trailblazer doesnt have that airbox thing they start using on the 04 engines
The troubling code is P1681, and is usually caused by an ECM program error, a Wrong ECM or a faulty ECM. In my opinion, the programming in the original ECM in the truck is not compatible with the new engine's setup/sensors. You may have to have the ECM checked for a problem, and if OK, probably reprogram it for the new engine setup.
The problem is GM ECMs are programmed for the vehicle (based on VIN), not just the engine. If reprogramming is needed, this is going to be tricky because of the ECM's connection to other modules and sensors that may be unique to your vehicle's configuration. If you haven't got the new engine's original VIN, you may be able to use the actual engine code, but it will usually require a shop that really knows what it's doing to just recode the engine part.
With me using all of my sensors off my old motor during the change would you think thats where the problem may occured because this motor did have certain sensors with different connect fittings that didnt match my harness so i was able to place mine in instead and how much you think reprogramming pcm/ecm
cost
Since you say you changed sensors, I would take a very close look at your air system, from air intake to manifold before attempting a reprogramming. That entire system has to be EXACTLY the same as the one on your old engine, right from air intake through to the manifold and including the throttle body, and hopefully the piping and the old throttle body will fit on the new engine. There are a few other sensors around the engine that can cause problems if they are different from engine to engine, but given P1515, I would check the air system first.
Ok i did have to put a deletion plate on where the secondary air intake goes because my 03 ls trailblazer doesnt come with one programmed into my computer

need a new sensor, part costs around 200.00 and three hundred for labour costs, they have to take the car apart for it. Would recommend going to dealership for this reason only..

hi, those sound like throttle actuator codes. the throttle body on your vehicle should be an electronically controlled unit without wires to control actual acceration an deceleration. now, there is also an electronic switch called a potentiometer on the gas pedal that transmits signal to the throttle body to tell it what to do. most of the time, the throttle body is what goes bad here. you should also check the wiring to the unit for bad connection by wiggling the wire connector and seeing if the reduced engine power light comes on. if this happens, you will likely have to replace the wiring pigtail and the throttle body. but, in some cases, the gas pedal switch goes bad, and likely what is not allowing the transmission to shift out of park, the pcm may lock out the solenoid controlling the shifter. but, don't just run with that answer, it maybe completely wrong. i have seen more throttle bodies and wiring harnesses go bad than gas pedal switches in those vehicles. but you might want to have a shop diagnose further, it may even be two unrelated problems, or in the powertrain computer itself.
Probably Throttle body sensor/ you will have to replace the throttle body since it is built in!
