SOURCE: Program factory remote keyless entry: 2003 Hyundai XG350

The procedures you list require the Hyundai Keyless Remote programming module, which you don't have. This module is proprietary - only Hyundai Dealerships have it. There is a 10 pin connector under the dash (next to the DLC - Data Link Connector) which is used to connect the Keyless Remote Programming Module. This module has two switch positions "Ready" and "SAVE". When the switch is place in the 'SAVE" position, that's when the keyless remotes are activated to send their 'codes' to the Electronic Time and Control System (ETACS). The module's switch is then set to "Ready" and the remote is tested to see if it works properly.

Again, the remotes can only be programmed by a Hyundai Technician (ETACS - Electronis Time and Alarm Control System).

SOURCE: Where is the alarm system

The Control module is located behind the cigarette ashtray. Remove ashtray and the trim around it, it has two screws on the sides and two on top. The set switch is located in the control module. Here are some diagrams. Good Luck!! Don't forget to rate this Post!!!

My fob and keyless entry system doesn't work correctly sometimes it activates and sometimes it just doesn't. also activate the immobilizer randomly, any ideas?

Based on all the info you have provided I think you need a professional to get involved here, I am not willing to "GUESS" what might be the issue or issues (more likely more than one).

How to Program Keyless Entry Remotes in a Hyundai Sonata By Christian Killian, eHow Contributor
20Found This Helpful The keyless entry system in your Hyundai Sonata is part of the factory alarm system. If you have to replace a lost or damaged remote, reprogramming will be necessary. The remote is important because not only does it lock and unlock the doors, it also arms and disarms that factory alarm when you open or close your car doors. New remotes are available from any Hyundai dealer. While they will program it for you, you can do it yourself and save a programming fee.

Step 1: Locate the fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side of the car. Just below it is the control module for the factory alarm system. Open the cover on the alarm system control module and locate the memory switch inside.
(Kleophaus Livingston/Demand Media) Step 2: Verify that the switch is in the "Off" position; if it is not, switch it to the "Off" position. This is important for the system to understand what you want it to do when you move to the programming mode.

How do I get my alarm system to chirp instead of beep when it goes off or when I lock my doors with the remote entry key fob?

Check to see if your vehicle honks when you press the "lock" button on your key fob. Press the "lock" button multiple times in a row. Many devices won't beep unless you double-tap the button after locking. If the horn doesn't honk, but the lights flash, your chirp feature is probably disabled.

Use your keyless fob and ignition key to enable the audible chirp. The process varies considerably on different makes and models. You must usually consult your owner's manual, a dealership or the alarm manufacturer for the correct process.

Program a hyundai tucson key fob

Incorrect. As long as it IS/WAS original factory alarm & key fob previously programmed to you Hyundai, it is the easiest to program yourself.
There are multiple different sites listing many ways to program, but the majority suggest you close all doors, insert key into ignition, turn only to the ACC on ignition switch but do not start, then hold down the unlock/open button on fob until the alarm hazard lights blink & you are done.

2004 Hyundai Santa Fe Reprogramming Remote Entry Fob

Remote control added or replaced.
How
Access alarm system control module located under driver's side lower fascia behind fuse box, should see it without removing any parts. Fig. 2 . Set memory switch to SET position using a very small screwdriver. Press remote control lock or unlock button. Set memory switch to OFF position. Fob won't move locks until you put it in the off position. Confirm synchronization has been successful by locking and unlocking vehicleicon1.png. Repeat procedure for second remote control or in my case I did them at the same time and they both work fine. Synchronization can also be carried out using diagnostic equipment.
NOTE: A maximum of 2 remote controls can be programmed. NOTE: If remote control fails, system can be deactivated as detailed in the owner's handbook.
