Yes you will need to replace the hub. Unless you have a 20 ton press and arbors and a cup,\ to push studs into., forget it.

SOURCE: How do you get the calipers off the rear?

if its the same as 2003 there are two big bolt heads holding the caliper supports like 13/ 16 or something take some wire and hang the calipers the disc will come off then there should be another disc that will come off that holds the studs carefull with this because some have the bearings pack inside you should be able to remove the bearing pack the you can take a piece of wood and a hammer and knock the studs out if they are broke use a big screw driver or drive pin to pound it out good luck its not fun but it does get eaiser

SOURCE: how do i remove the rear flasher bulb for 2005

Open rear hatch. Depending on which bulb(D/S or P/S) there are two black plastic keepers along the inside of body. Pull the center piece out only with a small flat head screwdriver. After doing this pull out larger plastic keeper. The rear light will come out as one unit.

How do you replace a wheel stud on the front of a 2003 chrysler town and country

In most cases the brake caliper and rotor will have to be removed. The affected stud can then be pounded out with a hammer. An air gun should be used to install the new stud using a spacer between the stud and hub assembly. Put the nut on the stud and using the air gun, pull it through un til it seats against the spacer and the hub

I have the calipers off and am trying to replace teh rotor in a town and country but they are really stuck on there. What can I do? I have hit them with a rubber mallet already, but they are not budging....

No pins. Soak it with wd40 around the center and around the studs for about 10 minutes. Then hit the rotor with a metal headed hammer. Hit it hard, but be accurate, don't hit the studs.

What tool do I need to remove the caliper guide pin bolt on a 2004 town and country?

I just finished doing the rears on my 2005 T&C. The caliper pins need to be removed with a 7mm allen wrench. I used an allen socket for a 3/8" ratchet, which was much easier than using my wrenches. These pins are threaded and cannot be "tapped" out as said by someone else.

When you replace them, make sure you have some high temp grease to put on them and check the pin rubber boots to make sure that they are not cracked or damaged. Good luck!.

How to replace lug studs on 2002 chrysler town

I'll try to help you. If you are having trouble with 3 out of 5 studs on one wheel you may want to go to an autoparts store or Salvage yard to look at the whole hub. Usually a press is used to remove the bolts so you would be taking off the hub anyway. When you pay for 3 bolts and labor you may be better off in a Salvage yard or parts place for a different hub. The rear hub on front wheel drive cars is like a trailer axle. Much simpler to remove mounting bolts and press in new bolt. But if rear has differential(rear wheel drive) it has an axle shaft. Would be easier to grind and drill out broken stud on car. You can draw new bolt into place by placing bolt through a socket and use the wheel nut to draw the bolt into the hub.
