That sounds like a security system malfunction. Removing the battery cables from the battery will likely reset the system. However, there are different security measures in place on these systems to prevent theft in this manor. So, to avoid an ignition lock out initiated by the security system, you will need to consult the owners manual as well as the associated repair manuals found at most auto parts stores. The Haynes auto repair manuals found at parts stores are a good choice.
That is a keyless alarm setting. It can be adjusted to be silent. Look in your owners manual under alarm settings and options.
An what is your question ? Is that normal ,what ?
Yes, is it normal? What does it mean? There is no owners manual for it. This car has no keyless entry.
That has to do with the content theft system system .

check all the wiring in the stearing wheel. Cover should screw off from the back side. Make sure the horn is hooked up. Should be in the front bumper. If it still dont work then buy a new one. Should run about fiftenn bucks.

you will find a fuse labeled HORN and a relay labeled HORN in the under hood fuse flock. Pull either of those to stop the horn from blowing.
If you need info on how to fix it i can help. You will need a test light or a voltmeter.
You can also try swapping the horn relay with another relay in the fuse block that is the same. If the horn works normally than the relay is bad and will need to be replaced.

SOURCE: Horn honks when unlocking doors.
If your vehicle is equipped with a factory keyless entry system and you have the owner's manual, there should be a section in the manual describing how to change your options with your system. But if you have an aftermarket system, which I am thinking this the case, you will have to manually go into your dash under your steering wheel and cut the wire going to your horn from the security system. Once you have accessed your wiring underneath your steering wheel, there is a main harness with a bunch of wires going to the steering wheel. In this harness you will find a DARK GREEN/VIOLET small gauge wire and you should see another wire tapping into it probably coming from the security module. Just cut it off but leave the DARK GREEN/VIOLET untouched and this will eliminate the horn honks.
SOURCE: Keyless remote locks the doors but the horn doesn't honk.
Your lock settings were most probably changed from your remote unit. By pressing both lock and unlock keys together for around two to three seconds you can switch between silent mode and horn mode. Hooe that helps...

Do the doors lock on their own when this happens?
No, they don't.
Your best bet mite be to take it to a qualified repair shop , an that doesn't mean the dealer . There are a lot of good independent repair shops out there . Without looking at the vehicle ,hooking up a professional scan tool an doing a full vehicle scan all any one on here can do is guess. Not for the check engine light , your vehicle has several other computers on board . BCM - body control module for one . This module controls theft systems , turning on the horn , besides pushing the horn button on the steering wheel .
Ok, Thank you for your information and your time
