If those 3 are out at the same time all you have to do is replace the fuse. The manual will tell you which one. If you live around Boston I’ll take care of it. 7818447651 Tjwoods.

Check the fuse box under the hood, one of them should be blown

First check the fuse... then try using a test light to check for power in the socket. If there is power replace the lighter coil... if not look for a loose wire behind the socket... Hope this helps...;-)

CIG.LIGHTER AND HORN ARE ON THE SAME CIRCUT... BUT A DIFFERENT CIRCUT FROM THE TAIL LIGHTS... CHECK THE FUSE FOR THE CIG. LIGHTER.. SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.

All of those are controlled by or influenced the BCM. You need a good auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool to check the BCM and communication to and from it.

Yes if your lighter works with key off. Orange also runs dome light etc.

when a battery is replaced it generally corrupts the ECM program

The horn, cigarette lighter, power locks, dome light and radio light stop working at the same time. the fuses seem ok, what causes this problem?
use a fuse tester(can get at local automotive store). the fuse may seem okay but look closely at the fuse maybe cracked off inside of the fuse. i had the same problem a couple of months ago

Radio won't turn on. Fuse blocks don't identify a radio fuse?
w/out amplifier; dome, and Cig. hint if you cigarette lighter is working and your dome light is working ,the problem is not fuse is the radio.

With amplifier. Amp, Cig, and Dome; again if cigarette lighter and dome light and amp fuse is good then amplifier is bad, or Radio is bad the only hint in this one is that the amplifier control sound if radio has ilumination then the amplifier could be the cause.

All this fuses are located by the lower left side of the steering column.

Dome lights stopped working... then found a blown fuse... went to replace fuse and the new fuse blew as soon as I installed it... but the door was open, could have been the reason???
Not likely. Usually the dome light fuse is also the same one for the cigarette lighter. Most common problem is that there is soemthing inthe cigarette lighter that is causing a short. If there is nothing in there, then you will need to check the wire for the dome light to be sure that it is not shorted.
