I checked all the fuses. No fuses are blown. The battery is fully charged & the electrical, lights, & radio all work fine. The 2004 Toyota Sienna van still doesn't even turn

Can be a bad contact in one of the cables. A bad contact in a switch or electronic switch. a bad relay, and a dozen other causes.
Please start measuring to where the power comes and where it stops. You are close to the car, we are not. For a correct diagnose use a multimeter and look under the hood.

2004 Sienna where is fuse located for parking/night running light

The fuse block is located under the left side of the dash. The 10amp fuse you're looking for is the second from the bottom on the right side. It should be marked Tail. Hope this helps.

Rear a/c will not blow air on 2004 Sienna

Your rear AC lines may have rusted and let the gas escape. This is apparently a common problem in salt road areas for the sienna. They separated the front and rear AC lines on the 04 and later models but the rear lines are still exposed is my understanding from a Toyota mechanic.

Hi: I have a 2004 toyota sienna and have a blown fuse. It is type C, #64(ABS1 50A) or #65(ABS2 30A) according to my owner manual. It is locate under the front hood. Can anyone tell me how to replace it or...

Normally fuses are relatively cheap. All you have to do to replace them is to unplug your old fuse and plug in the new one. You can usually find the fuse box under the hood near the driver side head light. If it's not there, you can find it somewhere on the net using component locators.

2004 sienna toyota van electric door not working

The first thing to check is the fuse that controls that door's motor. Look in your manual for the fuse chart. Determine where the fuse panel is and which fuse it is. Pull that fuse and take a close look to see if it has blown. If so, replace it with a new one of the same amperage
