The average mass produced trolley jack capacity 1.5/3.0 tons has been for a few decades an item of generic manufacture - copies of copies that are label engineered and with minor differences in detail to suit different price/value brackets.

Unless a jack is a special type such as low entry, lightweight aluminium, quick lift or an extra high lift long chassis type, the standard types are now available so cheaply it is hardly economic to replace many parts as part of a repair, especially as such parts that tend to be available through the dealer tend to be grossly overpriced. they are heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) and are available from any ford spares section
as they sensors are not ford made but made for ford , you could probably get them from E-bay or any good auto spares shop

probably not as the cam shaft bearing caps are line bored during manufacture to ensure that they are perfectly in line for fitting of the bearing slippers
talk wit a service dealer spares and if you can then there will be spares available

contact the manufacturer spares or service agent spares for parts . if one is no longer available consider repairs to the existing unit

I would be contacting the manufacturer on this one because if it is a defect in manufacturing or in design they should be able to help you out . There should be spares available and I would recommend a new item rather than trying to repair it

check for any oil leaks at gaskets and check exhaust for blue smoke.IT may be a failing turbo. The great wall car is china made and fortunately the engines are off the shelf units from other motor companies such as Mitsubishi. You may have to enquire as to how you would get warranty. if the dealer closed up. Ask on line from the importer of the car or from the manufacturer them selves. I would be checking for oil inside the turbo shells as to exhaust seal or inlet seal as the turbo would be the obvious failure if it is shut down to soon. If you can establish the maker of the engine then spares will be available from a dealer service spares that sells that engine

In situations such as yours it is advisable to firstly go to the manufacturers spares department and enquire if one is available.. If not remove the seal and along with the measurement of the dia of the slip yoke go to a shop that sells bearing and seals only and they will be able to match up the correct seal. If you look closely at the seal there should be a make and seal number stamped /moulded on the outside face and this will identify the seal. All seals are made by seal makers and bearing makers so that is the best place to look
