I had the same problem and it turned out to be one of the front speed sensors and the rear speed sensor as well. If you get a chance to look at all the speed sensors make sure the wires on the front aren't burnt from hot brakes. I have an 01 3500 4X4 and it was a pain to change the front sensor but the rear sensor took about 5-10 minutes, it's located in the middle of of the rear axle right on top. I bought both of mine on Ebay and cut the price in half.
About 3 hours ago, I was on my way home, doing about 65 down a nice hill, barely touched the brake pedal and pfffft... ABS light and Parking Brake lights kick on, pedal goes happily to the floor with little to no resistance, and even less braking action. Limped my poor Ram home and noticed a nice trail of brake fluid coming up my driveway and leading to the back of the truck. Fluid reservoir was below 50% full (was 100% when checked maybe 18 hours ago.) Got a spiffy large splatter-puddle under the left rear area now, fluid's covering most of that rear section now, even the rear half of the fuel tank looks like it was dipped in the stuff and was dripping away. The kicker is that on Monday I was taking it in to get the brakes (pads, rotors, etc) all replaced - now on top of the added hassle of arranging for a tow and time off of work, I'm betting the repair costs just went from my wife saying "Wow, that's expensive" all the way up to, "Time to sell your truck." :( Hoping I can find some good news in a few hours after it all cools down (and the sun comes up.) Yay!
You have either air in the system or a trouble code in EBCM
