Here is repair information from Mitchells:
1) Disconnect power mirror switch connector. Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminal "A" (orange wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, go to the next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in orange wire between power mirror switch and righ rear power distribution center fuse block No. 1 (located under left side of rear seat).
2) Connect test light between power mirror switch harness connector terminals "A" (orange wire) and "J" (Black wire). If test light illuminates, check for poor connections at the power mirror switch. If connections are okay, replace power mirror switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between power mirror switch and ground.

That accessory will probably probably be grouped with other accessories on one fuse. So it will not be the label. Check visually for the blown fuse. There will probably be other accessories that don't work as well, such as the seats or some minor power driven device. Visually you can see if a fuse is blown
A good flashlight helps when looking, if the fuse box is in a tight location.

Mark

Both heated seats and mirrors don't work

Not exactly.
According to the wiring diagrams, the heated seats are controlled by several fuses and two modules, plus two relays, along with input from the HVAC module. There is a module and a relay for each seat heater.
The mirrors are controlled by several other fuses and modules.
You may need a shop manual to trace the circuits.
All of the fuses involved are in the box in the engine compartment.

My interior lights, cigarette lighter and electric mirrors don't work on my 1991 gmc 3/4 ton 4wd surburban

I don't see a power connection to the three components. The interior lights are on a 20 amp courtesy fuse, the cig lighter should be on a 30 amp ACC fuse, and the mirrors are probably powered thru the key on a different 30 amp ACC fuse.
The only common factor would be a ground connector somewhere.
If they all died at the same time, a ground problem would be my guess.

Side mirrors don't work or horn

for the horn check the horn relay (switch it out with another from the fuse box and try it to see if it works) for the mirrors check to see the switch is not selected to the center position this disables the power to the mirrors if the switch is set to right or left and still dont work check for power to the switch. there also may be a ground harness that is common to these items that may have come loose.

Sounds like a fuse. Are you getting power to the driver door module (control cluster as you say). Below are 3 pictures for you. The first one is the location where the fuse box is located for that fuse (under drivers seat in the rear). The second picture is a diagram or the latout of the fuses. The fuse you want to check is the fuse marked "LT DOORS" or the one marked 02. It should be a 25 amp fuse. The 3rd picture is a wiring diagram for the circuit. If the fuse isn't blown check the power wire from the fuse box to the driver door control module. Sounds like a power issue. Anymore questions or diagrams that you need, feel free to email me at [email protected] and I should have and will send if you need anything else. I hope this helps and good luck.

Power mirrors don't work on a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2. Located the fuse labeled radio, which the manual says is also for the power mirrors, and it is ok.

Take out the mirror switches and spray it with electronic cleaner or electrical cleaner. This is a common problem with power mirrors.
