One thing to check is under the passenger seat. Its the control module for the seats. Unplug the pigtail and look for a burn mark where the plug goes. If it is burnt, that means you need a replacement pigtail. The ground burned out. Its one thing to rule out that won’t cost anything.
Seat on drivers side will not heat are cool. ??? Or cool ? Did you take it to a qualified repair shop an have the heated seat control module check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's ? Do you know what those are ?

To many to list here .
Either the switch/timer (all one part) is defective or the seat heater grids are shorted, I have seen both problems.
