1986 mazda fuse location for reminder buzzer - Mazda Cars & Trucks

One is under the hood. The other is on the end of the dash where the closed door hides it. Depending what month it was made, could be driver's side or pass side.

thats cute, ask use to do easter egg hunt,
with no symptoms stated.
sure all circuits are fused. (cept starter motor)
but most fuses run from 2 to 30 (loads) other things,(30 is park)

is the buzzer dead.at all times?
is the buzzer dead for all warnings? or just the key left inside ign.

The fuse number is

#16 - 5 Amp (Tan)

they are connected to the ignition switch on the outside of it.

Change the fuse.

First does the dome light come on when the drivers door is opened? If not check the door switch, if it is not working, the circuit is not completed to turn on the buzzer.

check for a blown fuse in the underhood fuse box

Buzzer Reminder Cancel Mode Setting
1) Set the LCD on the combination meter to the ODO display.
2) Press and hold the TRIP meter reset knob for ten seconds or more within six seconds of turning the
ignition switch to the ON position. Fastening the drivers seat belt while holding the knob cancels the
buzzer reminder.
3) When this occurs, the LCD displays -OFF. The buzzer reminder can be switched between ON and
OFF each time the TRIP meter reset knob is pressed. The LCD displays -ON or -OFF according to the buzzer reminder ON/OFF status. The display changes to the ODO or TRIP meter if the knob
is not pressed for ten seconds.
4) Performing steps 1) and 2) again when the buzzer reminder is off exits cancel mode.
5) The cancel mode will also exit when the battery or combination meter connector is reconnected.
