Check the battery voltage. Most alarms will sense a voltage drop similar to opening a door and the valet light turning on, and detecting it as a unauthorised entry attempt. It will also explain the no start issue unless it's an immobiliser disabling the engine.

What happens when you turn the key?... is there a clicking or clunking noise?... try tapping the starter and the solenoid that is attached to the starter and see if that helps. It may help if you have someone else turn the key while you tap on the starter and solenoid.

Could be a problem with the sensor, as their is a few sensors, door(s), hood, depending on he car a few others. One of the sensors could be going bad and is super sensetive or intermitten and even if say a gust of wind hits the wire, it'll go off. Im saying it's a bad sensor.
