I CHANGED FUEL PUMP, FUEL FILTER, PLUGS, DISTRIBUTOR COVER, CRANK WHEEL SENSOR STILL IT DOES NOT DRIVE WELL WITH A LOT OF FUEL CONSUMED AND SHOOTING.
Probably a lot more thing you could change throttle body, MAF, sensor, plug wires and many other thing.
You would help yourself by finding out what codes are present if you have a check engine light. If you do not have check engine light I would make sure there are none before spending any more money.
Where I live most auto parts store will check your codes for free.

your pick up coil or parts inside the distributor have failed you may have to check and replace some parts or maybe your whole distributor. sorry.

Check your fuel pressure, and or injectors. You may have too much fuel getting into the engine causing it to burn rich and overheat the converters.

i have the same exact problem, i have replaced fuel injectors, idle position sensor, idle air sensor, map sensor, temperature sensor,. the only way i can make mine run ok. not great is unpluging the map electrical connector, and it still has no power if u gas on it but it makes it down the road and smells rich, if u find out let me know what the problem was i really love my truck and hate that it doesnt run right, [email protected]

Those distributors get a lot of heat and vibration. Check all wires inside distributor and coil for loose connections.
