SOURCE: Metal against metal sound

I would check the upper & lower balljoints & control arm bushings. If it has torsion bars in the suspension that could be the culprit as well. Poke a small hole in the ball joint boots & spary wd40 in there & see if the sound gets better or goes away.

Possible sources include a blown shock, worn wheel bearing, worn tie rod end.
A bad shock can sometimes be located by bouncing one corner of the car at a time and watching how that corner settles; if released at the bottom of the stroke, the car should not do more than rise above level and drop again. Any more action points to a shock that isn't tight anymore.
A worn bearing can often be found by grasping the top of the tire and checking for play by pushing it in and pulling it out again; there shouldn't be any noise or noticeable play.
By having someone at the wheel, worn suspension points will show play as the wheel is turned back and forth at a medium pace; look for suspension points with abnormal movement and don't respond to a reversal of turn direction instantly.
The last two problems will be seen if a wheel alignment is attempted and will cause the measurements to vary from one time to the next.

There is not much to come loose there because the suspension bolts are typically torqued tightly. Does this rattling only occur when the car is rolling, or will it happen at idle. Assuming it is when rolling, I would recommend having someone drive the car on some bumpy road and run beside the car to get an idea where the sound is coming from. There is just too much insulation in the car to get a good feel for it. Also, do you hear it if the window is down, or just with the window rolled up. I would make sure that your coolant reservoir is held tightly with the 3 screws that hold it on. It is possible that the person who last did your oil change did not reattach those screws (the reservoir has to be removed to get access to the oil filter). Maybe post more information with information about when you hear the rattle, and where it sounds like it is coming from. I have often found issues running beside a car. If it is a constant clicking sound, then it may be a failing CV joint.

Went through car wash and outside temperature reading 82 degree farenheit - it's 110 outside here in Phoenix, AZ

This part is most likely in front of the a/c condenser/ radiator or right behind the grille. There really is no way to protect it from getting wet as it will get wet when it rains anyways, however the high pressure of the car wash jets could have messed the sensor up.

Do the procedure to change water pump on 2007 vibe same as 2005 vibe?

My reference shows 2004-2008 as being similar for the Vibe. Some minor changes occur from year to year as from model to model, but the basic procedure for this remains the same in those model years.

I have Lexus GS450h 2007 I bought 4 metal pieces to install them on the front seats instead of the normal plastic ones which they are coming standard on the car. hint: the 4 metal pieces are coming as...

Go to the dealer and ask to see the screen for the seat parts. This will display any hidden fasteners.
Also look at your seat trim pieces to see if there are screw or clip openings or built in push pins. This will determine how they release from the 2008 seat which is very similar to the 2007.
