I had same issue last night. There is a short somewhere on the #7 fuse circuit. it controls Tpsm, drivers seat controls, Fuel data computer and a few others. If the fuel data comp is tripped up and is activated there is a fuel pump kill switch that is activated. so if its turning over but just not starting turn the vehicle off with the key turned to accessory, then go to the pasenger side and on the right side kick panel by the door just under the glove box to the right, there is a fuel switch reset button. press that button for 15 seconds "or a bunch of times like you were playing a video game lol" then go turn key to off position an then it should start up.. page 232 in the Lincoln aviator manual theres better directions.
good luck
SOURCE: will not start, no dash gauges light except "low gas level"
I have a '99 dodge dakota, 4 cyl, 5 speed manual. While researching a no start problem ran across possible solution to this problem. If no guage lights show when key truned to on position then normally a bad ignition switch. With fully charged battery and working ignition switch guage lights should slight up then go out when ignition in "on" position. Try shaking the key back and forth.

SOURCE: Fuel Pump Relay Switch
Underneath your hood, behind the passenger side headlight, behind the core support, is a bank of 2-8 relays. One of those relays is the relay needed for your fuel pump. There will also be a fuel pump relay fuse located there. The relay designation should be on the cover of the relay compartment.

Your ECU is what acctivates your fuel pump realy. Put the key on the run possition and pull the ecu fuse for a few seconds and reinstall it ans it should accivate your realy for 5 seconds, Good luck.
SOURCE: chevy colorado 07......fuel pump or fuel pump relay issue?

Check fuses first, but could be needs new CPU
Testimonial: "Thanks for your help, we checked the fuses even swapped out the relays. The CPU was a thought but someone else tried it and it didn't work. Might still try it though. Is there any other symptoms that would indicate the CPU is bad? We changed out the ignition switch, 135.00, changed the CPS, 42.00. I hear the CPU is about 150.00. When we run the tester it comes back with no error codes."
