I have VW Tourag 2008 model. While accelerating from stationary vehicle there is a brief chatter noise and jerk before a smooth run what would be possible cause

The reason it does this at higher speeds is that more ignition spark is needed to fire the spark plugs.

A shop that has a scanner can identify which cylinder is causing the misfire. It will have stored a code to do this.
