There is some sealed units with no drain or fill. Or it could be on the driver side bottem of the transmission but is not accessable because it is too close to the frame. Hope you find it and its accessable.

You may be lucky and just have to remove the top section just behind the mirror. Usually you have to remove the door panel to access the bolts.

it is over heating .did you change the timing belt and water before you put in the motor? did you loook it all very well.before I put a motor in a customers car I replace the timing belt and water pump ,and look it over very close
