Doesn't have a fuse , use's a circuit breaker . The circuit breaker powers the driver door module . Electronic control module . The passenger door also has a door module of it's own an powered by it's own circuit breaker . Do All power windows not work or just one. Could have broken power wire inside the flex boot from the body to the door .
Power Window System Components
The power window system consists of the following components:
• Driver Door Module (DDM)
• Passenger Door Module (PDM)
• Body Control Module (BCM)
• RR power window switch
• Window up and window down relays in each of the rear passenger window switches
• Window lockout switch
• Reversible power window motors in each of the doors (circuit breaker protected)
• LT DOOR CB 25A (System power for left windows)
• RT DOOR CB 25A (System power for right windows)
Usually there are relays for windows not fuses.

There are 2 fuse panels in the Denali.
One is a panel on the drivers side, its on the dash but facing the door.
The ohter is under the dash and above the pedals, this one is much tougher to access.
Your Owner's Manual should tell you where the fuses are that you need to access.

Replace the ECC 10ma fuse on the driver's side fuse panel.

Not a relay switch... check the wires inside the boot in the door. you probably have a broken wire.
