The radiator fan is not workin there 4 the Air dont work what will make that fan quit workin I have been told that usually when that fan dont work its not the fan its sum little sumthing not lettin it work what sld I look 4 ( 2004 PT Cruiser )

If you have a viscous fan hub attached to the fan then it will not be working at high speed as there will be enough air flowing through the radiator to keep things cool. They only really work at high engine loads and slow speeds (hill climbing ) and at stop lights where the air flow is nill
Your radiator cooling fan will only come on when the engine temp has reached the point where it needs to have air forced through the radiator and thus bring engine heat back down to safe operating range. If your heater is not working check to make sure the fresh air vents aren't stuck open (are the controls stiff or not going all the way across?) check also that the heater shutoff valve lever which is usually situated on the firewall at the rear of the engine and can be found easily by tracing the hoses back from the thermostat housing aren't bent and/or seized up.
check if you have enough freon gas in the air conditioning system so as to get pressurized and by doing so the fan should start. Visit a prop[er air conditioning fitting and service garage for help.

Make sure there is no blockage in front of radiator or condenser coil. It seems like the cooling fan clutch may be quitting. When the fan clutch is working properly, if you turn the fan with your hand when the engine is cold, it should turn freely, if you do it after driving the vehicle when the engine is HOT, the fan would be pretty stiff and should not turn free at all. By the year of the vehicle, I believe that's where the problem is.

The fan is controlled by a relay that could be bad, and the relay is controlled by the climate control unit, which could also be bad. Pull the fan relay and see if it the primary is getting voltage, with a test light, when the AC is turned on.
check to see if you can spin the fanwhile the engine is cool it should spin freely,if it doesnt fan clutch,also I would switch the fan back to oringinal just to test if this is the problem,if it is youll have to design a different fan shroud if you want to use you new fan,if everything done above is ok with the engine cool take off the radiator cap and squeeze the bottom hose 4-5 times in burst this will make sure you dont have air in the system,if this is helpfull please vote me a fix ya

was they all new 1s or did ya go 2 a junk yard 2 get 1?
