If none of the other solutions work it can be the crank sensor which is about $30-$60 bucks and is very simple to replace. Good Luck

If the engine is cranking, it can only be 2 things left, got gas? Are you getting a spark at the plug wire? Check the oil. Some cars won't turn on the fuel pump with no oil, could be the pump. Could be the coils. You have to check these things out and find out which way to go next.

The computer processes this information and makes calculations to
control ignition timing, fuel-delivery parameters, engine idle speed,
and pollution emitted from the vehicle. The control unit interacts and
makes mutual decisions with systems throughout the vehicle. On newer
vehicles, the ECU may also control the engine cooling fans, cruise control, and AC Compressor.
They told me they hooked it up to another one to confirm that's what it
was. I think they said the fuel pump was working, but the signals
weren't getting through (?). I'm guessing they only had to
connect one of those diagnostic OBD things to it.
Anyway, they showed it to me, it was a small motherboard about 4x6
inches in a small black holder. He said the part alone cost about
$400, but I've not been able to confirm this on the web to see how
badly I got ripped off. When your car is sitting dead as a bug in
someone's repair shop, and you are helpless as to how to fix it, unless
you can afford to have it towed to multiple places, well, you gotta go
with what they tell ya. Every place I check on the web for this
make/model of ECM says "call for price".
Perhaps I got ripped off for $400 for the part, but I wouldn't know how to put it in regardless.
Anyway, that's why the car was dead as a doornail despite the battery
and other things being fine. No information was getting through
because the control module was dead.
I'm not saying this is/was your problem, but it may have been.

I would start looking at the little things first, like fuses and relays. If their ok, then I would check to see if the fuel pump is kicking on. It ususaly will make a humming sound, for a second or two, then it cuts off.
