Does the 2002 Hyundai accent have a speed sensor built into the speedometer? I replaced the input output sensor in the trans amnd am still having the same problem of odometer bouncing or not working a

Sounds more like you have a faulty voltage regulator on your alternator!
If you know anyone with an oscilloscope then put that onto the alternator output and see how smooth it is or isn't!

I believe its built into the speedometer if you are talking about the speed sensor..

Will not shift out of 1st gear, auto trans

If the speedometer doesn't work, then it is your VSS (vehicle speed sensor) and if the speedometer does work then it is your TSS (turbine speed sensor). If the computer doesn't know both the vehicle and transmission speeds, it won't shift out of 1st gear.

I have LB light on the tablo , and the accalerator hangs

You have to remove the speedometer and locate and remove in the back a screw which says REED, then put everything in place. Whithout that screw the L/B Lean burn light dont turn on again.

Speedometer Needle for Hyundai 2004 Accent

If your transmission fluid level is okay, then you need a new speedometer cable. Its not terribly difficult to replace, but it does require you to pull the instrument cluster. A local Hyundai dealership might be willing to photocopy the specific speedometer cable replacement instructions out of the 2004 Accent shop manual.
