DTC C0040 00 : Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit No Additional Information
DTC C0040 0F : Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Erratic Signal
DTC C0040 18 : Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Signal Amplitude Less Than Minimum
DTC C0899: Device Voltage Low
Circuit/System Description
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) monitors the battery voltage level available for system operation. A low voltage condition prevents the system from operating properly.
Circuit/System Testing
Measure the voltage at the battery terminals.
With scan tool, read the battery voltage in the EBCM data list.
? If less than 10 volts, test the ground circuit of the EBCM for high resistance. If the circuit test normal, test or replace the EBCM.
Go to Battery Inspection/Test and Charging System Test .
Found and fixed all my problems with my scan tool, and a volt meter, wheel speed sensor harness on vehicle side had a break, also cleaned the ebcm ground located on the right side of the motor, , all lights off. Everything back to normal, also had a egr code previously took both the egr valve off and the time going to it and cleaned with parts cleaner , got rid of that code as well. Thanks I've given them enough, only to leave with the same problem cause they milk people for parts and labor they don't don't need. I hope this helps some one else with all these lights.

SOURCE: I pulled the codes and here they are : C0036, C0035, C0040
Sounds like you need front wheel speed sensors. Replace the wheel bearings and sensors. May have an ABS unit fault, but more likely is both wheel bearings/speed sensors.

My 2002 Millenia just started doing this the other day, while on the freeway when it started doing it i would shut engine off and restart it and it would be good for a while then it would do it again, i am still looking for solution, has any one found one?

You can check out what the trouble code is by pushing and holding the information button and the up arrow (right side of instrument cluster above the radio) until all the instrument clusters light. Press the information button (last) to enter test mode. I've had an error C1234, meaning Left rear wheel sensor fault. I found the problem to be a corroded connector under the chasis just under the rear left door about 2 feet in. I had to by-pass (replace 1 wire due to corrosion at the connector.
