How do i get the cabin fan fuse out on a 2004 saab93 as it is not a regular fuse

The fuse within the cabin is marked blower/fan/AC and it is easily accessible. You need to use a good lamp to check on the face plate of the fuse box on which it is inscribed.

if you car is equipped with cabin filter to filter the air entering the blower right, blower motor can be touching to sides of its housing since its bearing is broken.

if no cabin filter, probebly you have leaves or small pieces of wood coming from trees. those are touching to the surface of blades of fan inside blower motor housing.

Replace the resistor in the front fan system.

try typimng in diagrams on bing and than type in timing belt for your saab

there is a breaker and it is likely pooched or it is shorted
try replacing breaker buy it from dealer and ask them where to install it they will show you
total cost 10 bucks
failing that start looking at the wires and the master fuses under hood

sounds like fuses, check all in cabin and under hood

Check the heater fan resistor.It is usually under the dash on the heater box near the interior fan.Common problem and not very expensive but depending in which country you live

The fuse box is located under the steering wheel to the right. A diagram on the back of the removable door should show you which fuse to check. You will likely need a pair of needle nose pliers to reach/pull the the fuses, they're recessed beyond the opening.
