Replaced steering column got it started but its not getting enough power to fuel pump

98Lincoln Navigator cant figure out why fuel pump isnt getting enough power from auto theft system????? Anti-theft system doesn't have anything to do with power getting to the fuel pump . Will how ever disable fuel injectors . You replaced the steering column ???? You need to get to the dealer or have a mobile lock smith make an program new key . Nothing you can do , can't by pass PATS - anti-theft system .

I doubt if that button somehow bypasses or resets the alarm, that would be kind of self-defeating.

Try what we call a hard boot to the pcm. Disconnect the positive cable wire from the battery, enable the anti-thift system and than connect the positve cable back to the battery and see if that works

After you dump the fuel in the throttle body it will continue to run on its own or die as soon as it burns up all the fuel you dump in? Do you have access to (Noid lights)? Are both plugs attached to the distributor?

It can disable the starter and/or the injectors/fuel. There are ways to bypass these systems. You can do it yourself too. Ive personally done dozens of these bypasses, and they work great. Good luck
