Re: 1999 V6 3.3L Plymouth Voyager. Check engine light on. Creader 529 scanner will not diagnose. It scans then states, make sure your vehicle is OBDII compliant.

Try the silly, obvious stuff first. Make sure the port on the vehicle is clean and not damaged. Also check the connector and cable for the scanner are not damaged. When you plug it in make sure the connector is all the way in. I had a vehicle where the cable connector was a very tight fit so it didn't connect fully to the OBD2 port.
It was 1996 when OBD2 was made a legal requirement so your vehicle should be OBD2 compatible. If you have access to another scanner try that one. This is to check if it is the tool or the vehicle causing the message. If the second scanner doesn't work it's an issue with the vehicle. If it does work the first scanner needs to be checked.

My snap on scanner MT2500 won't power up, and I have plugged in to car. What could this be???

If you scanner uses pin 16 at datalink connector for voltage and there is no voltage, the scanner won't work. Pin 16 is usually fuse protected.
I don't know your year--make--model? The automotive database I use will only have info for vehicles sold in the US.

Check engin light on and off and the engin not work

Hello
When the service engine soon light (Also called the check engine light or engine management light) is turned on this is to alert you to the fact that Powertrain Control Module (computer) has detected a failure somewhere in the systems it controls you may not feel any difference in the way the engine runs, this can be the transmission or the engine or emission system, there are fault codes set in the modules memory for these faults. What needs to happen now is to have the powertrain control module scanned with a special tool called an OBD2 electronic engine control scanner or a OBD2 code reader. Once the code(s) are read then you must perform the diagnostics for each code and make the appropriate repairs based on the findings of the diagnosis that was performed, this is called doing "Pinpoint" testing.

Service engine soon light came on

The reason the "Check Engine" light comes on is because one of the sensors attached to your vehicle's engine is throwing a signal to the car's computer saying that there is a problem. The problem can be found by plugging into the car's diagnostic port and finding the error code, then fixing the problem. There's one problem with the old "plug a paperclip into the diagnostic port and read codes" trick-it only works on pre-1995 cars, which use OBD1 systems. Cars 1995 to present are OBD2, which require that you use a code scanner. You can purchase a code scanner at just about any car parts store, which can be rather costly and is recommended to be left to having a qualified tech do a computer scan.
I know this tool is helpful for your car.

Please describe your how to reset service engin soon light 02 saturan SL2 problem:

Hello: The only way to quickly reset the code in a OBD2 system is with a scanner. Try going to Auto Zone, O'Riely, Advance Auto. Ask them to clear it and they probably won't charge you.
