You have to fix the issue first, and then you clear the code using and OBD11 scanner.

P0629 means there is an issue with the "A" control circuit in the fuel pump often due too bad connectors/wires or a defective CAN bus

What the P0606 code means

The Powertrain Control Module is sometimes referred to as the Power Control Module, or the Engine Control Module (ECM); all of these names mean the same thing. The PCM is responsible for monitoring every aspect of the vehicle's engine and electrical system.

If you are referring to a Kubota mx5200 it means Relay for engine starter motor is in trouble.

That is a check engine light and it means the engine or emission system has a fault. You need that fault code read with a OBD2 fault code reader or scanner.
