Those codes refer to the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) faults and would cause over heating problems
check for cracked radiator tanks , split hoses and other leaks that may be putting water into the HO2S connections causing the codes

2006 Pontiac G6. I heard a loud pop when I turned my car then the car stop moving in drive or reverse.

Does the engine still run? Pops are normally REALLY bad news. Timing belt/chain snapped? Hole in piston? Sensor failed and a backfire? It could be so many things.

The first thing is to connect a scan tool and see if there are any DTC codes. Popping is popular in the G6!

WHATS WRONG WITH MY 2009 PONTIAC G6 3.UT FROM UNDERNEITH5 LITER OVERHEATING ANTIFREEZE COMMING O

From the descriptions given, this is just a speculation, it could be a hose gone bad and in which case it would be a good idea to replace all rubber coolant hoses. Then again, it could be the water pump. But then again you could have a much more serious problem such as a freeze plug but that's not too common although it does happen. Those two issues are the most likely to be the problem. Hope you get it going and when you put the coolant in, use half coolant and half water. Don't use the pre-mix half and half, that jilts you out of your coolant. Jesus loves you, John 3:16-17 (KJV)

My 2009 pontiac g6 monitor says engine power reduced , the car sputters , and ut only gos 20mph

Well, I doubt more than one sensor is bad, if any.
The trouble codes tell the mechanic what to test, not replace.
The O2 sensors provide data to the engine computer to adjust fuel mixture. You could also have low fuel pressure or something else.

08 G6 GT the engine light is on and the traction control light is on also . it ran great the night befor this bit it is missing and has no power now

If your lucky, your car is still under warranty. If your warranty is over, you can go to Auto Zone and have the car scanned for the DTC codes. The DTC codes will inform you the issues that need to be addressed so you can have your car running 100% again. Note: Auto Zone scan free of charge and can give you the step by step instruction to address the issues free of charge and if there are any parts that need to be replace, there parts price are reasonable and most of the time are life time replacements. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help you get your car running 100% again soon. As long as your DTC codes are active, the engine will be powered down at 30% less.

My check engine light comes on often, followed by a "engine power reduced" and then "service traction" display on my radio. what does that mean and will it be expensive to fix?

2005 Pontiac G6. The check engine light came on, reset it and now I do not have heat in my car.

Well lets see - resetting the Check Engine light will not, in itself, have anything to do with now not having any heat from your heater.

Why the Check Engine light was on in the first place may have a lot to do with it.

If your engine is low on engine coolant (antifreeze) your heater will not work. Low coolant levels and/or engine overheating will also set fault codes in your computer and turn the Check Engine light on.

NOTE:
It is NEVER good to reset a Check Engine light without properly diagnosing and repairing the reason it was on. At best, it could wreck your catalytic converters, making it extremely expensive to get through an emissions inspection. At worst, it could cost you an engine.
