Electronic Automatic Temperature Control Module On-Demand Self Test
The EATC Module On-Demand Self Test will retrieve on-demand (hard fault) DTCs only, it will not retrieve continuous DTCs. Continuous DTCs can be cleared when exiting the EATC Module On-Demand Self Test. Make sure to retrieve continuous DTCs by carrying out the Electronic Automatic Temperature Control Module - Retrieve Continuous DTCs procedure before clearing any continuous DTCs.
Electronic Automatic Temperature Control Module - Retrieve Continuous DTCs
The EATC module will retrieve only continuous (intermittent) DTCs when carrying out this procedure.
SOURCE: heat works on driver side, passenger side blows cold air.
Did you check your coolant level or was it low and you added to it at some point? If so the system my need to be bleed or worst case the thermostat is going bad.
SOURCE: Only cold air on passenger side
I would first check and make sure that you have enough Freon in the system, on climate control dual systems only one side will put out cold air if the system is low on Freon. Eventually, both sides will put out warm/hot air if the system continues to loose Freon. As with all leaks the system should be checked and then the leak causing component replaced/repaired.

Vent door between the two sides isn't opening or the flex hose going between the two is off.
SOURCE: 06 Trailblazer AC
Temperature imbalance is usually the first sign of low freon charge. Have that checked first.
SOURCE: Air/C, blows hot air on drivers and cold air on passenger side?
The vent actuator my need to be reset, this can be done by removing the HVAC fuse from the fuse panel for 5 min or disconnecting the battery. If the vent actuator does not correct it self, then it's most like going to have to be replace due to internal parts have broke in the actuator.
Thank you for using fixya and it's common for the vent actuators to go bad after a few years, the internal parts are made of plastic and get brittle after time.
