The engine air filter is inside a plastic covering just to the northwest of the battery. On the right side of the covering are 2 bolts on the front and back that need to be unscrewed.
The bulb is held in place by a wire capture that hooks under a small metal hook on bottom of housing. The rubber shroud or boot needs to be pulled off first to expose the bulb and intermittent socket that actually holds the bulb. To remove the bulb push the wire capture (the end that is looped) toward the front of the car and then to the side to disengage the wire from the small hook, be sure to note the position of the plastic socket that the bulb plugs into as it only fits one way.Notice the tab on the bulb base faces up. The bulb does not fit snugly in the headlight socket, it is held in place entirely by the wire catch.
Not 100% sure on that particular model but usually you either have a couple of bolts at front of seat down close to floor to remove, one on each side, and if no bolts, you grab front of rear seat, push back on it hard & lift, usually a catch on each side.
