check cluster fuses in the fuse box engine bay on the passenger side front under bonnett, if there all ok removed the cluster make sure a plug conector hasnt come off, if thats all ok, u may have to check power and earth supply to cluster if thats all o.k the cluster mother board has failed, may require a new cluster unti.
