SOURCE: I have a 2005 H2, Tires

If you mean the plastic caps on the valve stems, wd40 should help loosen them. I've had to use a small pair of pliers to loosen them. When you get them off, replace them with some nice aftermarket metal caps. They look much better and won't have the tendency to distort and lock up when you tighten them.

2000 grand marquis dash vibration

Check with a site called "Aboutautomobile.com" which will show you the TSB's and Consumer comments about your specific car. The TSB info will show remedies.

Now I believe there was a problem with Frame welds in the control arm area in the front suspension about the year your car was made.

The front tire could be out of balance or out of round. Rotate tires and see what happens. Tie-rod ends could be worn and they can let you know the condition at that time.

Sometimes either spray foam or adhesive foam strips can help dampen vibration.

My front right tire isn't budging when i remove the lug nuts to do a tire change..there isn't any thing else i can do to get the tire off...Why is this a problem?

Try spray PB or WD40 on the bolts. Spray it good. Use a heavy hammer and hit it the back. Just enough to get some movement. Eventually, it will come off. Spray inner part as well. Sometimes they just get jammed. It just needs to break loose.

How to get a tire off of my car.

Make sure the car is on a good jack (not a bumper jack) use an old wheel and tire as a safety under the chassis if you must. Spray lube into the lug holes that go through the wheel and let it run down to the center hub. then use a sledge hammer, steel pipe or good baseball bat and give the tire (not the wheel) a good shot on the side. Nine out of ten times it will come off. If not, put the lugs back on leaving them about 1/2" from the wheel, put the car on the ground, start it and turn the steering back and forth.
Good luck

make sure the car is fully off the ground, and on a sturdy floor jack. spray some WD40 on it and let it sit on the rust and try again to take it off later.

Wheel Covers on 2008 Saturn Aura

As all Saturn Auras have four wheel disc brakes, I'll assume that you are referring to the rotor and/or caliper. The rotor is is a shiny disc that is a few inches smaller in diameter than your wheel. The caliper is a cast metal part with dull finish that rides on top of the disc.
You can relax, they didn't leave anything off. The wheel cover and wheel are a five spoke design that is meant to show these off. You're having a common reaction after auto repair: hypersensitivity.
As for the tire pressure, to confirm that the tires are losing air, set the pressure to the PSI on the label on the drivers door when the tires are cold (sitting all night or not driven very far). Check the pressures again after the car has been sitting for a long time. Again, morning is best. If you are losing pressure in one or more tire, take it to a professional for inspection. The problem could be as simple as a leaky valve.
