SOURCE: transmission fluid

I assume u found the dipstick to check the fluid level? Use a funnel to add fluid at the dipstick tube, slowly, while engine is running. Shift thru the gears several times, recheck level, don't overfill.

SOURCE: How do I check the clutch fluid to a 1999 Mercury Cougar 4cyl

The brake master cylinder reservoir has a separate chamber and is used to supply the hydraulic clutch system. So make sure master cylinder reservoir is full.

Here is a pic of the system.

2.Clutch master cylinder

Hydraulic clutch problem

brake fluid goes in the reservoir on top of the clutch master cylinder. If there is no reservoir check for a line to the brake master cylinder reservoir as some cars use the brake master cylinder reservoir as a common unit . Check that that reservoir is full. Bleed out the slave cylinder to remove air in the system.

Where is the low side valve located on a 2005 pt cruiser for the a/c unit?

360dreamworx_20.gif
The high side valve is located on the filter-drier, and the low side valve is situated on the suction line, near the washer fluid reservoir filler. Good luck and hope you stay cool this summer.

I have a 2004 PT Cruiser. Windshield washer reservoir is full but will not spray onto windshield.

the pump which is located on the outlet of the reservoir is either defective, corroded/loose electrical wiring on it or a blown fuse. Check the fuse first seeing it the easiest. Hope this helps
