SOURCE: Orange light that comes up in the middle of the dash board.

This warning light indicates a problem with the rear lights (Brake lights, Reverse lights, Number plate light)... Normally it is set off by a bulb that needs to be replaced but it has been documented that using incorrect Watt rated bulbs can also trigger the warning light. It has also been noticed that faulty wiring may trigger the it too.

SOURCE: how to change brake lights on my 2007 toyota yaris

on either side of the boot interior, there are what look like air vents. these clip out from the top (with a flat screwdriver) you then unbolt the light unit, pull it out. the bulb holder then unclips easily.

Tail an side light not working

bad parks (tail. and runnings , same deal)
there are 3 in rear
2 tails in front (funny that...) and 4 on sides of most cars.
and 20 more inside called DIM lights. are they dead too?

if all 25 odd lamps are dead the fuse is blown.
or bad park relay. or bad park switch.
start at the 10cent fuse and work up to $200 combo switch.
i uses , voltmeter. and dont guess. its easy , ask.

My car is a smart key with inbuilt immobilliser .it switched off on its on but the dash board comes on.it cant start.

Will have to get the key reprogrammed. Tow the car to the dealership. This will save you time, headaches and money!

Toyota yaris 2006 model, tail lights not working, globes and fuses ok, cant trace the problem

When you say taillights do you mean running lights or do stop and turn signal lights also malfunction? If running lights only then most taillight circuits run through the headlight switch which is probably bad.

I feel like hot air coming from underneath the dash board

Why are you asking this here? Surely you have warranty on a 2008. Take it to the dealer and make your concerns known.
