Hi please help if possible. Does anyone know how to open the boot of a Daihatsu Sirion 2008? The remote central locking fob will not open the doors, and there is no boot lever nor keyhole. Thank you.

Have you tried to press down the boot door when you press the the remote central locking fob? I have no exprience Daihatso Sirion 2008, but there sholude be a bootlever at the drivers door.

How to remove a 2016 Volvo s60 exterior door handle?

You first remove the plastic cover in under which you find the lock (with keyhole).
secondly, open the door and remove the 15 mm diameter plastic cover near the handle. Insert a long torx scrwdriver(T25 ?) in the
opening and while keeping the door handle "open" (this gives you the possibility to easily replace the handle later) Turn the torx until it stops
(do not use much force). Now you can pull out the metallic lock, peer
out the small white plastic under the door handle and pull out the handle. Do not turn the torx before you have replaced the handle

I have a 1999 vw bora, and the boot will not lock/unlock along with the other doors via key fob or inside drivers door button. I always have to use the key to manually open the boot. I've tried leaving...

this could be due to the fact that the boot locking mechanisim may not be responding to the central locking servo it could be a fuse or relay or maybe even to do with the wireing hope it helps but i suggest that you take it to a garage because it can be a number of things and volkswagen should know if there is a common fault with this get in contact with them

Glove box will not open. Any ideas?

does the latch have a keyhole? its probably locked, use you car key and put it in the keyhole turn the key it should unlock it and youll be able to open your glovebox

Mercedes/dead battery can't open trunk help

I have the same issue (battery is completely dead in my 1998 Mercedes C280 and I can't pop open the trunk). I looked under the hood and have no idea where the positive charging post would be - can anyone help me find it? Thanks

GEAR LOCK

You have a problem in the shift interlock circuit.Check your fuses under the dash. If the fuse is open you have a short. Since the brake lights are not working properly, you need to get it fixed right away or take it into a Ford dealer or a garage with an ASE certified master technician that understands the circuit. Good

Simply hold down the button you want to use (there are 3 for up to 3 different garage doors) until the light flashes and keep holding it down. Now place the garage door opener up near the sun visor and hold it's button down until the light on the on button you are programming flashes. It is now programed. The other 2 are done the same way. Good luck. It took me a while to find the info, it's not in any Volvo manuals I could find.
