They would be able to tell you what filter at any auto parts store. The filters are about 15 dollars and the engine takes about 5 qts of oil.
Oil filters if you going to do an engine flush to clean out. use the cheap model oil filters. like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-FIESTA-MK-VI-GENUINE-OIL-FILTER-10-08-183037/322752215226?epid=1725284390&hash=item4b2587f8ba:g:Wb0AAOSw1HxZvaKX or this. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-FIESTA-MK-VI-GENUINE-OIL-FILTER-10-08-183037/322752215226?epid=1725284390&hash=item4b2587f8ba:g:Wb0AAOSw1HxZvaKX then on the last oil change use this type a lot larger and has adiqut filters inside, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-FIESTA-MK-VI-GENUINE-OIL-FILTER-10-08-183037/322752215226?epid=1725284390&hash=item4b2587f8ba:g:Wb0AAOSw1HxZvaKX, 4.3 liter / 4.5 U.S. qt / 3.8 imp. qt oil level.
oil type 5w20 or 5w30. 5w20 best for engine clean.( dont tow a vehicle or heavy loads with this oil) 5w30 after clean. 30 miles on each change of oil. cheapest oil you can find in this speck for cleaning. then use full sim or part sim when cleaning is gone, 3 times should be fine.

is it manual tranny? if so u do so under the car by removing the fill up plug which is located on the side of the tranny on driver side of the car if i remember. The plug under the tranny is to drain it.
If u drain it, when u fill it back up, u do so until oil slightly spills out by way of that side plug.

hi to remove the hob nut you need a large bar about two feet long and i think they are 30mm but you will need to replace them with new ones and torque them correctly or you will encounter problems theyalso have to be pinned when torqued it really is not a diy job

Hi,
Removing the drums can be a little difficult if they are really worn and. have a large lip inside where the brake shoes have worn them down.
Anyway here goes, loosen wheel nut/s slightly, raise the car and make safe by using an axle stand or similar then lower it so the wheel is off the ground.
Remove all nut/s and take wheel to one side, you'll then see the whole of the drum, there should be 1 or 2 retaining Philips type screws between the locating holes for the wheel, these need to be removed possibly with an impact screwdriver if too tight.
Once screws are out release the hand brake, hopefully the drum will rotate, try waggling it from side to side along it circumference pulling the drum towards you, it may move a few mm then lock? try using a very heavy rubber mallet to thump the outside edge of the drum whilst turning it. This hopefully will loosen the brake shoes holding the drum on you may need to keep doing this for a good while.
If you have no success then try carefully doing the same with a copper/hide hammer. Still no joy then possibly the lip inside is too great meaning the drums maybe beyond their wear limit so a good belt with a heavy lump hammer is the only way.
I hope this helped? please press the Blue button if happy with my FREE Efforts, Thank You!
