I don't have a chart to see where my fuse is for my a/c clutch can you tell me where it is

A ford dealer will print you one out free of charge. They are available online but in most cases you will have to pay for it.

Are ALL your windows disabled? Nothing works?
Okay,I don't have an Explorer manual,but check for a large fuse out in the engine compartment that might say it's for door locks.
The reference for the fuse location is usuall in the cover of the fusebox.
Relays (little squarish boxes in the same fusebox) can also go bad,or shake loose.
I HOPE the problem is not the control module.don-ohio (:^)

go to 2003 ford explorer owners manual and download it for free from ford then go to roadside emergencies and you will find the fuse box and power distribution box diagram for all fuses

It could be a wheel speed sensor. have your brakes inspected. good luck
