If you are trying to squirt water from the wiper jets and nothing happens, you need to replace the fuse. The fuse is located within the fuse box in the engine bay, open the lid and see which one needs to be replaces using the provided map on the cover. These days, most windshield washer pumps are mounted to the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Where’s that, you ask? Well, 
you know that spout you pour the fluid into—the one that disappears into nowhere? Well, the reservoir is actually 
located inside the front fender between the bumper and the front wheel.
To replace the pump, you will have to jack up the vehicle, remove the front wheel and then remove the inner fender liner.

Check power at the pump motors. You may not see a fuse because some run off a circuit breaker. If all else fails, a bit "backyard" but you likely could break out the washer pumps from the system and make a simple push button on the dash to operate them.

The fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box. See diagram in the owners manual section 6-11..to find out which one it is, or read the list (provided with amp labeling) on the inside cover to review the fuses there.
Locate the windshield washer fuse accordingly and replace it with the same labeled new fuse.
