Replacement depends on how the hinges are mounted to the frame. If they are bolted, just remove the bolts. If they are welded, the need to be removed with a special tool and a special replacement package used to reattach the new ones. This is not usually a DIY job - you will probably need a body shop to do it.

Try getting lube down into the handle and into the latch from inside the back seat area of the car.. You will have to use straw.. If that dosent work try just popping top of inside door panel loose. You should be able to get your arm down in from there..

SOURCE: rear door panel removal
You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
SOURCE: how to change the rear 3 spark plugs on a Buick regal LS 2002
You can try rotating the spark plug boot a little bit-not even a 1/4 turn-to break the seal between the plugand the boot. Then pull the boot wire off with a pliers on the metal boot shield. Once the boot has beet rotated on the plug, the shield helps to remove it.
