SOURCE: injectors not getting electrical power and not releasing fuel into the cylinders, hence no engine start

All pre 2008 powerstrokes use oil pressure supplied by a High Pressure Oil Pump(HPOP)to activate a plunger setup in the injector to inject fuel into the cylinders at 21 PSI. More than likely some of the HPOP components need to be replaced- i.e. valve, regulator, seal, feed tube...or the pump itself. I've replaced seals on these units since 2003, when Ford wanted to replace the pump and injectors. Did you notice a gradual increase in hard starting conditions? Do you have any visable oil leaks? Did you run the crankcase oil level down to below the add mark recently? All of these could be a factor. Ford wont tell you anything about a price because they dont like to do that before they do a diagnostic check on it and determine exactly how much needs to be fixed. Test alone will run around 100 buxs. If you are within warranty requisites then it wont matter and you likely wont be charged anything. If they crack into it have em fix as much as you can while theyre in there, because after warranty is out you are looking at a 3000 dollar repair bill from your friendly Ford dealer. Good luck...i hope this helps.

SOURCE: Volvo 240 2.3L FI the engine has spark, no injector pluse.

Pull the return fuel line off the back of the fuel pressure regulator and plugit.
attach another hose and clamp it to the back of thefp regulator place the othe end in a container.
pull the coil wire and have someone crank the engine or use a remote starter switch.there should be a steady stream of fuel into the container. If not check your intank pump and main body pumps for electrical connections.
If there is a steady stream from the fuel rail and still no gas at the plugs.
Find another fuel injector for a volvo, unplug the # 1 injector electrical connnection and plug in the extra one placing it in a container and crank the engine over. There s/b an even spray of fuel from injector.
If not check for 12 volts at the injector connectrion. If no volts, check backwards to the ballast resistor which controls the injectors and then to the radio suppression relay etc.

Need the location of the Injectersdo relay of my 2008 steed 2.2 gwm bakkie

The location of the injector relay on your 2008 GWM Steed 2.2 Bakkie may vary depending on the specific model and trim level of your vehicle.
Here are a few steps you can take to locate the injector relay on your GWM Steed 2.2 Bakkie:
  1. Check the owner's manual: The owner's manual for your vehicle should have a diagram of the engine compartment and the location of all the relays, including the injector relay.
  2. Check the engine compartment: The injector relay is usually located in the engine compartment near the battery, fuse box, or engine control module. It is a small box with several relays inside.
  3. Check the relay box: The relay box is usually located under the hood, near the firewall, or on the driver's side fender.
  4. Consult a mechanic: If you are unable to find the injector relay, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic or a GWM dealer for further assistance.
It's also worth noting that, when you say there is no power on your injectors, it could be a symptom of a different problem. It could be a problem with the wiring or the control module, a problem with the battery, or a problem with the alternator. So it is best to get it checked by a professional.

Opel kaddet E injectors are not firing and fuel pump is ok

No power to the fuel injectors can be caused by a few things. If the relays, fuses, and computer all check out then I would move on to looking at the engine management and fuel system. ... A no start condition can also be caused by a faulty fuel pump, or any of the associated components.
The injector fuse and relay are usually located in the relay box or power distribution center in the engine compartment. Fuses are used to protect various electrical circuits while supplying power to components. They help the fuel pump, fuel injection and computer systems from suffering a short circuit

No power to fuel injectors

Determin if the injector operating:
  1. disconnect the injector electrical connector and measure the resistance of each injector with an ohmmeter. Compare the measurement with the resistance value Specifications are 11 to 18 ohms.
  2. Replace any injector whose resistance value does not fall within the specifications.
If the injector was not operating but the resistance reading was within specifications, the PCM Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or the circuit to the injector may be faulty.

Check the ignition fuse located in the engine compartment fuse center. Also. check the fuel pump relay.
Note: The fuel pump relay is located behind the radio in the center of the instrument panel.

If the relays are good and the fuel pump does not operate. check the fuel pump circuit. If the wiring and the connectors are
good, replace the fuel pump.
