So as not to be repetitive, for the failure of your power driver side window and rear window, review this handy diagnostic article, which identifies the possible causes, from a bad fuse, relay to window motor, etc.:

This should help narrow down your particular cause.

If it is the switch, both switches have to be defective, which is not impossible, but very unlikely. If during movement of another window you can distinguish the motor sound, but do no hear anything alike from the left back door's window, it is either the motor, or a loose wire after the switch. Most likely the point of interruption is where the door wires enter the door, due to constant bending there. Finally, if you hear the motor, it is the mechanism which the motor drives.

Hi if you have replaced the regulator and the switch then their can only be really to problems left you either have faulty wire connections or bad not working motor, now i would say as you have changed the reg and switch i would double check all the wires are fitted correctly and not loose or fallen out.
How ever the most likely cause of the problem is going to be with the motor itself i would go out and buy a new motor and fit it and see if it works it should do unless you have bad connections if after buying the new motor it still dont work then you can take the new motor back and you then know you have a bad connection.
if you have a multimeter you can check to see if you have any voltage at the motor, the chances are you have but the motor itself has packed up, their is nothing else it can be, try pressing the down button whilst somebody pushes the window down just to rule out it being stuck, but from my experiance the problem is going to be with the motor
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance
