You need to take the jeep to a dealer or a good mechanic who can retreive the codes out of the computer. You may have a module problem but I will not guess without knowing the codes.

You say you changed the cam sensor. A1391 code is a crank sensor on the top of the trans. bell housing.

SOURCE: how to replace rear brake pads on 2005 jeep liberty

put the back of car on jack stands and secure the front tires so it does not roll and then remove the bolts off the back of the caliper there is normally two one at top and one at bottom and spray it with some kind of oil for rust and make sure you have the right size socket before you try to loosen them and once caliper is off and the old pads removed take one of the old pads and squeeze the piston on the caliper back in by using a "C" clamp and also remove some of the brake fluid from the master cylinder before you do this put the new ones back on and check the brake fluid and make sure it is full and then pump the brakes to make sure you have a good pedal also put some "No Squeak" brake stop on the back of the pads so they don't squeak they will have that where you buy the pads from

What to check 2004 jeep liberty no brake lights all others work

check the brake light switch on the steering colume by the firewall. you should have power to one side of the switch at all times and power on the other wire only when the brake pedal is pushed. if not the you either have a power supply problem for the wire that is to be powered up all the time that will have to be checked out(fuse). if no power when the pedal is pushed then the brake light switch is no good. if you have power when pedal is pushed then you will have to check wiring from the switch to the rear lights for a broken wire with a test light, and repair wire.

2004 jeep liberty P0139 code

PO139:O2 Sensor ckt Slow Response(Bank 1,sensor 2).This would be the odd side cylinders(1,3,5) and the 2nd oxygen sensor form the cylinder head. The sensor may be contaminated,or the heating element(on a 3 or 4 wire sensor) may not be working well.a good auto parts store should be able to show you a picture of where it is(the store will probably give you a printout if you buy the part form them!)

2002 jeep liberty sport my speed sensor went so i changed both and the computer says its still the speed sensor whats wrong...

I assume you replaced the input and output speed sensors on the transmission?

The speed sensor for the speedo is located in the rear differential. Look on top of the center of the rear differential and you should see a sensor bolted to it with two wires. Check the wiring harness to the sensor. Sometimes they rub through on the E-brake cables. If the wiring is good replace the sensor in the rear differential.

Need to know where all three speed sensors are on 04 Jeep Liberty. My speedometer has quit working - all other guages on dashboard work.

It is located on the rear diff. at the top. The cable for the parking brake crosses close by and messes up the wiring.
