SOURCE: Replacment of wheel lug bolts on rear wheels
The bolts can be replaced 1 of 2 ways w/o pulling axle. Need to take rotor off and either press bolts out with an arbor press or can be tapped out with a copper or brass hammer. Once out, the new ones can be pressed in by putting about 4 or 5 washers on and then tightening the lug nut down until the lug is pulled snug into the roter. Once snug, the roter can then be reinstalled on the wheel and brake assy put back. Caution!! Brake assy needs to be supported up out of the way with wire or coat hanger while removing rotor. Undo force of weight on brake pad assy can damage hose or unit itself.

Take wrench and put on nut, loosen nut, take nut off the rest of the way, do this till you have no nuts left, take tires off, put nut on the bolt just on the end covering the threads and pound them out with a hammer, pull new ones back in with the nuts.

HI:
Stop!!! The "round plate" that the wheel studs are mounted to is your hub assembly. To replace a broken stud, you simply need to use a hammer and a drift pin punch, and pound it backwards. You replace it in similar fashion: insert the new wheel stud in from the back side of the hub, and use the wheel lug nut to draw the new stud into the hub assembly.
