The rear seat is bolted to the floor either from the inside or the outside. If attached from the undercarriage you will need to locate the rubber plugs that cover the bolt head or the hex nuts to the seat. Just remove these and the seat will come out.

To remove the rear seat, pull up on the front of the seat bottom, it should be hooked in place by spring type clips. After you get the front edge up, pull out the seat. This should expose the bolts/screws that hold the seat back in. Look below and there should be a couple of screws holding the seatback to the car body. Remove these and then you can pull the seat back out of the car.

First, check to see if there are two bolts between the bottom front of the seat and the floor. one on each side. If there is, remove them, then lift the front part of the seat straight up then pull forward.
However, if this model does not have the two bolts, it is a different
method.
This is the one i believe it is.
Get in the back seat with your back against the front seat and push backwards and downwards at the same time against the front edge of the rear seat about where the passenger sits until you feel it release, then lift straight up. Then go to other side and repeat procedure.
Note. it takes a bit of strength to push the seat out of it's retainer, but thats how its done. What is happening here, to give you an idea how it works is like this: There is a fixed retainer on the floor on both sides.
There is a notch in the retainer, so you have to push down to release it from the notch.(catch) Once you have pushed it down out of it's notch you then must push backwards so it slides along the retainer until it is free from it. It's only a couple inches and it releases. Follow these steps, one side at a time and your seat will come right out.
