Where is the PCV valve located on a 05 Dodge Durango 5.7 HEMI

it is on the drivers side valve cover.

SOURCE: where is dodge durango hemi egr valve located.

Located on the front of the right cyl head

It's on the BACK Passenger side of the engine. Yours is likely black, not blue, in color.

It is mounted to the intake manifold and has a small metal tube coming off of the side of it going to the exhuast.
