When sunload sensor detects its dark out the front blinkers dont work and turn signal indicator inside car flash fast 2009 malibu

The turn signal indicator inside the car will flash fast because the front flasher doesn't turn on. That's how the flasher unit does or work. Fix the front flasher(blinkers) lights and you will fix your problem.(Could be the bulb, the ground wire problem or wires from the bulbs to inside the car or Flasher lights system).The Flasher unit sense a difference in resistance or lower than it should be and that makes the indicator flash faster.(Ohms theory) E=RxI
