first you have to run the fault codes to find which sensor turned on the limp home mode so that you do not waste money chasing maybe's
engine lights do not only refere to the engine but to the transmission as well so unless you run the codes it may well be in the transmission

According to the computer, it seems the Noah was not made for USA market however, in this country, the first thing to check is the spark plugs themselves; and after that, the "coil pack", which is the individual coil for each spark plug.
Then test the distributor.

2001Toyota Rav4L 1AZ FSE won't start test crank and cam sensor good high pressure pump good no pulse from the injecter wire using pulse light could you tell what's wrong.

No pulse means computer is not getting something it wants. Do you have spark at plugs? Correct fuel pressure? Security system needs reset?
