SOURCE: keeps blowing 15a efi fuse 1991 toyota pickup 2.2 re
there's a short somewhere causing that amperage to go up
SOURCE: fuel pump fuse blows
Check the fuel pump relay, i am not sure but i think there are two of them. Check the wire harness too, mice may have chewed in to the wires causing a shot in the system.
Good luck and hope this helps.
SOURCE: fuel pump fuse blowing
replace the fuel pump, it is drawing to much current, this is common when the pump bearings get worn out, also make sure you replace the fuel pump connector at the fuel tank connection, it will be burnt..
SOURCE: toy turns over but wont run change fuel filter n fuel pump still
The fuel pump should run for a second or two when you first turn the key on, but then shuts down to prevent the engine from flooding if the computer does not get a signal from the crank or cam sensors which the computer uses to trigger the ignition system. So no spark no fuel. Check to see if you have a spark in the ignition system.
There is not one on the 4-cyl just for the fuel pump. It is supplied by the EFI 15A fuse thru the EFI main relay and the circuit opening relay. See here p 177

On the V6 it is similar, see p 575
