All of your relay switches are going to be located in the engine compartment anything that's in the inner cabin and where you drive is going to be a fuse box but your relay is going to be in the engine compartment

Testimonial: "Which one in that box?"

SOURCE: HORN ON '97 TOYOTA AVALON DOES NOT WORK

There should be a fuse panel under the dashboard that is labeled. One should have "horn" on it. If not check under the hood for other fuse panels. If you still cant find it, you can start pulling fuses and checking to see if they are blown or not

SOURCE: My 99 Toyota Avalon horn does not make any sound.

save yourself the hassle , buy yourself a momentary 12volt switch drill a nice clean hole on your driversside dash and re-wire your horn to it, all the screwing around you'll do to figure out why toyota makes cheesy horn contacts you could have your problem fixed..

on one side of the switch you should run a wire that is a 12volt switched +
on the other side I would run another side run a new power wire to your horn
leave your horns stock ground and just replace the HOTLINE ..

you could even go as far as installing a la cou ca racha horn to bring back that 70's Lowrider feel lol

SOURCE: What are lubrication requirements for 2008 Toyota Avalon XLS?

Your Avalon uses 5-30 oil, 6qt with filter. Trans is Toyota's WS(world standard) ATF(there is no dipstick) There are no grease fittings on the car.
All the maintenance schedules are listed in the owners manual per mileage.

SOURCE: 1999 toyota avalon horn works intermitely

I would suggest to you to have the spiral cable (or 'clockspring') replaced. This is the electrical unit that transfers power to the air bag, the horn and the cruise control.

It is located right under the seering wheel.

Your description of the issue indicates to me that your spiral cable is loose, and making intermittant contact. If the vehicle had an air-bag deployment, this cable-device should have been changed.

The horn on my 2008 Yaris has stopped working

Someone would need to test the relay and the circuits it controls.
The horn pad grounds the relay to make the horn blow.

The fuse have been change in the 2006 toyota avalon and the horn still don't work hoe do fix it

Check your horn relay and the wiring going to it. If they're in good order, the horn may have shorted out (hence the blown fuse) and need replacement.

I a upgrading my horns on my toyota hilux invincible 2008 the kit comes with a relay. Does the existing horn circuit have a relay already because it is powering 2 horn already? or do i have to add this...

The relay is to allow the new horns to draw full power from the battery. They won't be nearly as loud if you don't wire it the way they suggest, and you may still blow the fuse.

Whats the fuse called the horn under the hood ? the horn fuse 3 prong is missing where can i find it

A relay in the breaker box next to the battery. The horn is high voltage, well, not really, but it is a big wire, and you should have more 3 wire relays next to it there, you can pull one out and plug it in if it fits and see if the horn works. Check it out.

Toyota avalon 1999 horn does not work does steering wheel come off to look at it

You could check if current runs to the horn wires when the horn switch is pressed. If ok, then the horn itself may be old. Next thing is the fuse, the grounding source, the horn-wire plugs.
