I don't know why you can't find them. TireRack (online retailer) lists 43 different tires in this size for your truck, 2WD or 4WD.
https://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearchResults.jsp?tireIndex=1&autoMake=Dodge&autoYear=1999&autoModel=Dakota+4wd&autoModClar=&width=235%2F&ratio=75&diameter=15&sortCode=40250&skipOver=true&minSpeedRating=R&minLoadRating=S
I would refer to my owners manual for different types of tire sizes that something that you do not want to play with because whenever your tires are on the road you life is on the road so go as per manual don't guess
SOURCE: tire sizes
Open the front drivers door... or the passenger side front door... there should be a sticker there indicating correct tire sizes as well as pressures.

SOURCE: tire sizes no sticker in the door
the stock tires are 215/50 R16.. if u ever need to know for another car. just to walmart or firestones websites and u can but in your car info and they'll tell u stock sizes
SOURCE: is it ok to go from 235 70 r15 tires to 235 75 r15
Yes its ok, the 75 tires are a little taller. your speedometer will not read correct speed, you will actually be going faster than what it reads.
Testimonial: "Thanks for the info on the speed,i wasn't aware of that."
SOURCE: mixing tire sizes
You can replace, but not mix. All the tires on the car needs to be the same size for traction control and ABS system. Having two different size tires on the car will cause problems. Just keep them all at the same size P215/60R15 or P205/65R15 only.
Testimonial: "Thanks! I appreciate your help and time. "
SOURCE: I have 195/60/R15 tires on my car, can I replace
Yes you can, but NO you shouldn't. 65 profile tires will be taller, with a greater circumference, and narrower than recommended 60 profile tires. You would have to replace all 4 ,and expect some deterioration in handling. Furthermore, the speedometer readings will be off noticeably.
